Built for those who demand absolute reliability beneath the surface, the Magennis combines a bold cushion case design with uncompromising functionality. Inspired by one of the most courageous naval operations of the Second World War, it is a watch designed to perform when conditions are at their most demanding.
The 44mm 316L stainless steel cushion case provides a commanding presence on the wrist whilst offering exceptional durability. A unidirectional dive bezel allows precise tracking of elapsed time, whilst the 200m water resistance rating gives confidence whether you're in the water or navigating everyday life.
At its heart sits the proven NH35 automatic movement, chosen for its reliability, serviceability, and robust performance. The stainless steel case delivers a timeless tool-watch aesthetic, balancing rugged capability with versatility both above and below the surface.

A SHARED VISION
This limited-edition Magennis was developed in collaboration with Instructor Jay (GBRS Group) and his brand, Everyday Patriot, bringing together a shared appreciation for purpose-built design, military heritage and a strong sense of patriotism.
Drawing on Jay’s experience serving his country, the collaboration combines field-ready functionality with distinctive styling, creating a watch designed for those who value purpose, reliability and doing things properly.
FROM COLLABORATION TO CREATION
Jay from Everyday Patriot joined us at the Stirling workshop to play a hands-on role in bringing the collaboration to life, taking part in the assembly of the Magennis and experiencing first-hand the processes behind the finished watch.
SUPPORTING MILITARY CHARITIES
Stirling Timepieces proudly donates a portion of every order to Combat Stress, a charity supporting veterans and former service personnel with mental health and wellbeing services.
Every purchase helps contribute to vital support for those affected by the lasting challenges of military service.
Founded by a serving soldier, Stirling Timepieces was built with a commitment to giving back to the community it belongs to. We actively support causes close to our heart, ensuring our contributions create meaningful impact.
Why The Magennis
The Magennis is named in honour of Leading Seaman James Joseph Magennis VC, the only man from Northern Ireland to be awarded the Victoria Cross during the Second World War.
Serving as a diver aboard the Royal Navy midget submarine XE-3, Magennis displayed extraordinary courage during Operation Struggle on 31 July 1945, an audacious attack against the Japanese cruiser Takaoin Singapore Harbour. Despite exhaustion, leaking oxygen equipment, and the constant risk of detection, Magennis repeatedly left the safety of the submarine to secure explosive charges beneath the vessel before volunteering to re-enter the water and free a jammed carrier, ensuring the mission's success.
For his outstanding gallantry, devotion to duty, and complete disregard for his own safety, he was awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest award for bravery that can be bestowed upon British and Commonwealth forces.
