Warranty

Although our timepieces are hand crafted and assembled by skilled watchmakers, we understand things can go wrong. Fortunately, in the unlikely event that you do experience a fault our watches are mechanically guaranteed.

All parts (excluding the strap and buckle) are covered by our warranty and will either be repaired or replaced if a fault occurs within 2 years of purchase. If you experience any faults please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We handle all shipping expenses for warranty repairs if you are the original owner. If the watch is transferred to a new owner, the warranty remains valid but the new owner is responsible for covering shipping costs.
