To keep your watch performing at its best, regular servicing is essential. While there’s no set schedule, we recommend a full service every 3–5 years. If you notice any issues, such as reduced accuracy, it’s a good idea to have your watch checked sooner.
In addition to routine servicing, we also handle repairs for any wear, damage, or functional issues your watch may encounter. We want our watches to be worn and enjoyed by as many people as possible, so our repair costs are fairly priced to support that goal.

FAQs
If your automatic watch is not keeping accurate time, it may not be receiving enough power. Before contacting us, we recommend checking the watch’s accuracy over a 24-hour period while fully wound.
To fully wind the watch:
- Unscrew the crown until it pops out slightly. Do not pull the crown further out. If you are adjusting the time or date, the crown is in the wrong position.
- Turn the crown away from you for approximately 55 full rotations.
- Set the exact time using a reliable source such as timeanddate.com.
- After 24 hours, check how accurately the watch has kept time.
As your watch is automatic, 55 rotations should fully charge the mainspring and provide up to 41 hours of power reserve.
Please note that our automatic watches are designed to operate within a tolerance of -20 to +40 seconds per day when fully wound. This means the watch may run slightly faster or slower than exact time while still performing within specification.
Our bespoke watches are expected to be delivered within 3–5 months from the date the order window closes. Approximately one week before dispatch, our team will contact you to confirm your shipping address.
To redeem your free strap, add both your watch and chosen nylon strap to your cart, then apply the discount code at checkout. The discount will automatically reduce the strap price to free.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it to include your free strap. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still claim your free strap, however postage costs will apply.
Unfortunately we do not offer any discounts for service personnel but instead choose to donate a portion of the proceeds from each sale to Combat Stress.
