Please be aware Stirling Timepieces is not responsible for any import charges you may incur.

For orders in the USA, those valued at less than $800 are exempt from import charges.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt. 

To return your order, please send an email to info@stirlingtimepieces.com stating your order number and reason for return. We'll be in touch with details of our return process. 

You must return your order in an undamaged and unworn condition within the original packaging. Failure to do so could result in a refund being refused.

Any orders sent back after 30 days of receipt will be returned to the customer.

Please note that bespoke watches purchased as part of special projects are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
