All shipments to the United States, Europe, and Australia will be delivered with duties and taxes prepaid, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. For all other countries, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

All shipments are insured for the full amount of your purchase.

Please note that when shipping to military addresses (BFPO, APO/FPO/DPO), we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered into the military postal system.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt. 

To return your order, please send an email to info@stirlingtimepieces.com stating your order number and reason for return. We'll be in touch with details of our return process. 

You must return your order in an undamaged and unworn condition within the original packaging. Failure to do so could result in a refund being refused.

Any orders sent back after 30 days of receipt will be returned to the customer.

All pre-ordered and bespoke watches are made to order in limited quantities. Once the order window closes and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
